Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the DonorRelay WhatsApp engagement platform.

Effective: September 8, 2026

1. Service provider

DonorRelay is a product operated by Mauthoor Consulting Inc., based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. References to “DonorRelay,” “we,” or “us” mean Mauthoor Consulting Inc.

2. The service

DonorRelay provides organizations with tools for WhatsApp conversations, team collaboration, approved knowledge, contact and consent records, campaigns, usage reporting, and related operations. Features may change as the service develops.

3. Accounts and authorized use

Organizations must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials, and ensure that only authorized people use their workspace. Organizations are responsible for activity performed through their accounts and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

4. WhatsApp and Meta requirements

Each organization is responsible for its WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers, templates, recipient permissions, messaging charges, and compliance with Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies. DonorRelay is an independent software service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.

5. Messaging and consent

Organizations must have all permissions, notices, and lawful bases required to contact recipients. They must honor opt-out requests, avoid misleading or prohibited content, and use approved templates when required. DonorRelay may restrict activity that presents legal, security, platform-policy, or abuse risks.

6. Customer data

Organizations retain responsibility for data submitted to their workspaces. They authorize DonorRelay to process that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and third-party charges

DonorRelay service fees, if applicable, are separate from fees charged by Meta, WhatsApp, telecommunications providers, or other third parties. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, organizations are responsible for third-party charges associated with their accounts and messaging activity.

8. Availability and acceptable use

We work to keep DonorRelay reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Users must not misuse the service, bypass security controls, interfere with other workspaces, distribute unlawful or harmful content, or use DonorRelay in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, abuse, policy violations, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. Organizations may request account closure and data deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. DonorRelay may produce automated suggestions or responses, and organizations remain responsible for reviewing their configuration, approved knowledge, campaigns, and communications. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date.
