How to request deletion

1. Email info@donorrelay.com with the subject DonorRelay data deletion request.
2. Include the email address or WhatsApp phone number associated with the information and, if known, the organization whose workspace contains it.
3. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secret credentials.
4. We will verify the request before deleting information or forwarding it to the organization that controls the relevant workspace.

What happens next

After verification, DonorRelay or the controlling organization will remove or anonymize eligible account, contact, conversation, and workspace information. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete valid requests within the period required by applicable law.

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Backups may retain residual copies until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

WhatsApp opt-out

To stop campaign messages without requesting deletion, reply STOP in WhatsApp. DonorRelay records the opt-out so the relevant organization does not include that number in future campaigns.

Questions
